BRIDGEPOINT INTELLIGENCE

BridgePoint's speed claims now have a public measurement surface.

The new Public Evidence Audit publishes source timestamps, BridgePoint first-seen timestamps, source links, and property-exposure evidence so the system can be evaluated from reproducible records instead of marketing language.

A measured latency definition

For the live hazard benchmark, BridgePoint calculates the difference between a source's source_updated_at timestamp and BridgePoint's first_seen_at timestamp. A sample only enters the headline benchmark when both timestamps exist, the order is non-negative, and the delta is no more than one hour. That removes backfills and timestamp-order anomalies from the speed statistic.

At the September 15 launch checkpoint, the preceding 24-hour window contained 2,013 valid samples across three providers and nine hazard types. The measured median was 0.15 seconds, the 90th percentile was 184.59 seconds, and the 95th percentile was 244.99 seconds. Those values are a dated snapshot; the live audit page recalculates as new observations arrive.

What the benchmark does not say: it does not claim a competitor's latency, that a security is mispriced, that an exposed property was damaged, or that an institutional user will respond within a particular time.

Property exposure evidence

The audit also exposes event-level evidence ledgers. For a selected event, the ledger returns the source URL, event verification, event magnitude when available, BridgePoint canonical property UUIDs, exposure confidence, match method, and spatial evidence metrics. Addresses are intentionally omitted from the public ledger.

Roof geometry and roof truth remain separate

BridgePoint currently reports 668,404 source roof records and 248,388 exact roof-plane records. Those are not relabeled as 90.9 million source-verified roofs. The much larger 90,908,368 figure is the current map-ready building count. The distinction is part of the public audit design: renderable geometry and source-backed roof attributes are different evidence classes.

Portfolio evidence without a market call

A separate Portfolio Evidence Lab lets a caller provide up to 500 BridgePoint canonical property IDs and receive aggregate event-exposure coverage and source provenance for that exact property set. It does not map the result to a stock ticker or produce a buy, sell, underwriting, lending, claim, or payment decision.
