A strong backend still needs distribution. BridgePoint now has separate, explicit channels for consumers, GIS/municipal partners and machine users—without pretending that a third-party website, government, insurer or financial terminal has endorsed the data.
Observed distribution telemetry
No projected “50 million views” curve. These are actual acquisition events recorded by BridgePoint.

BII embed badge
Site owners can add a lightweight property-integrity badge by exact address or BridgePoint property ID. Numeric BII stays withheld until evidence gates pass.
<div class="bridgepoint-bii" data-address="123 Main St"></div>
<script src="https://bridgepointintelligence.online/integrity-index/embed.js" async></script>
A public iframe widget resolves an address or coordinate into BridgePoint's live 3D map and property context. It is designed for websites that deliberately choose to embed BridgePoint.
The current Manifest V3 preview is intentionally permission-minimal: users enter an address and BridgePoint returns BII status. It does not silently crawl or modify property portals.
Machine-readable source-backed catastrophe/property exposure context for analytics and research. The feed explicitly marks itself as non-trading, non-damage-determination context.
Event snapshots, exposure confidence and parametric trigger simulations are available through the Settlement Lab contract. These endpoints do not place orders, approve claims or move capital.
The main 3D map now accepts address, coordinate and embed parameters. Search and partner links can land users directly on the relevant physical location instead of the generic homepage.
These packages put BridgePoint inside tools analysts, developers and GIS teams already use. They use BridgePoint's existing public-safe RPCs; paid/account-gated intelligence remains gated in the main product.

Google Sheets enrichment
Paste an address into a sheet and return the canonical BridgePoint match, property ID, parcel number, coordinates or a compact property row. Designed for analysts who live in spreadsheets.
Fork/import a ready-to-run collection for address search, property detail, building detail, parcel cutout, BII, live context, package catalog and frontend status.
Give compatible AI agents explicit tools for property search, building detail, parcel geometry, BII, public context and platform status. Uses only public-safe BridgePoint endpoints.
A prepared listing narrative, sample notebook and data-product positioning for BridgePoint Property + Building Intelligence. Marketplace publication still requires the provider account/review step.
The existing OpenAPI contract remains the common base so Postman, MCP, Sheets, QGIS and partner systems resolve against the same public-safe BridgePoint interfaces.
Distribution is not the same as forced injection. BridgePoint's public distribution surfaces are opt-in, user-initiated or machine-readable. Partner-native placement on county, MLS, insurer, portal or financial-terminal screens should happen through permissioned integration or an explicitly installed user tool.
