Show exactly what BridgePoint saw—and when.
This is the reproducible version of the “zero-latency public audit” idea: source timestamps, BridgePoint first-seen timestamps, source URLs and property-exposure evidence. It measures BridgePoint's own ingestion visibility. It does not claim another vendor is slow, a security is mispriced, or an exposed property was damaged.
Roof truth snapshot
Renderable/map-ready geometry is kept separate from source-backed roof attributes. Unknown attributes remain unknown.

Bars use the same filtered samples as the headline benchmark.
Live source-to-BridgePoint latency ledger
Recent source-linked hazard observations. The time shown is the measured difference between the source's update timestamp and BridgePoint's first-seen timestamp.
Property exposure evidence ledger
Enter a BridgePoint event UUID to retrieve source-linked exposure evidence. It returns canonical property UUIDs, match method, exposure confidence and spatial metrics—never a stock ticker or a claim that the property was damaged.
Institutional ingestion package
Machine users can pull timestamped evidence through documented JSON/CSV/XML/RSS surfaces. The metadata contract includes provenance, timestamps, confidence and interpretation flags.
Hard exclusions
BridgePoint's public audit layer does not target public securities, generate “short” instructions, claim a portfolio is mispriced, impersonate a third-party alert, or anonymously inject payloads into another company's systems. Authorized partners can consume the same evidence through normal integrations.
