Terms of Use
Effective September 19, 2026
These terms govern access to BridgePoint Intelligence websites, applications, APIs, previews, data products, and related services. By creating an account or signing in after accepting these terms, you agree to use the service lawfully and in accordance with the access level assigned to your account.
Data and map content
BridgePoint combines public, open, licensed, and derived geospatial information. Source-backed facts, estimates, and derived visualizations may have different accuracy, resolution, update schedules, and geographic availability. A visual representation is not a survey, legal boundary determination, engineering certification, or substitute for an authoritative source record.
Accounts and access
Features may be limited by trial, subscription, package, organization, owner approval, or other access rules. You may not bypass access controls, scrape restricted data at scale, misuse credentials, interfere with the service, or use the service unlawfully.
Plans, imagery, and derived geometry
BridgePoint does not represent an interior plan, roof form, bridge component, or other geometry as exact unless the underlying source supports that claim. Derived geometry is presented as derived. Availability can vary by property and location.
Availability
The service is continuously updated. Features, sources, and coverage may change as records are refreshed, corrected, added, or removed. BridgePoint does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every jurisdiction or property contains every data type.
User responsibility
You are responsible for verifying information before relying on it for legal, financial, insurance, construction, safety, emergency, or other consequential decisions.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the service changes. A newer effective date indicates a revised version.
Questions about these terms can be directed through the contact methods published by BridgePoint Intelligence.
