This notice describes information that may be processed when you use BridgePoint Intelligence.

Account information

When you create or use an account, the service may process identifiers such as your email address, account ID, authentication state, package access, trial state, and settings needed to provide the service.

Product usage

The service may process product events such as pages viewed, searches, map interactions, selected properties, feature usage, device/browser information, approximate network-derived location, and error/performance information for security, reliability, analytics, and product operation.

Saved work

If you use saved properties, watchlists, claims, workflows, notes, or related account features, those records may be stored with your BridgePoint account so the product can retrieve them for you.

Public geospatial data

Property, parcel, building, hazard, transportation, and other map records can originate from public or licensed source datasets. Those source records are separate from personal account information you provide to BridgePoint.

Service providers

BridgePoint may use infrastructure, authentication, payment, hosting, analytics, and communications providers to operate the service. Information may be processed by those providers as necessary to provide their functions.

Your choices

You can choose not to create an account and use the public-safe portions of the site where available. Account and subscription controls available in the product govern authenticated access.

Updates

This notice may be updated as product functionality and service providers change. A newer effective date indicates a revised version.
