From pre-loss to recovery.
One source-labelled claims intelligence layer.
BridgePoint is building the claims-lifecycle terminal around a simple rule: every signal should preserve where it came from, when it was observed, what it actually proves, and what it does not prove. The public terminal connects catastrophe context, property identity, claim-stage context, recovery and repair/rebuild without turning a weather polygon into a damage claim.
Live hazard tape
Flood Watch
40 current operational records in the latest filtered BridgePoint snapshot. Severity: Severe. Certainty: Possible.
Wind Advisory
36 current operational records. Severity: Moderate. Certainty: Likely.
Flood Warning
4 current operational records with Observed certainty in this snapshot.
Severe Thunderstorm Warning
3 current operational records. Severity: Severe. Certainty: Observed.
Exposure context only: warning/watch/report counts can change rapidly and do not establish that any specific property was damaged.
The lifecycle model
Risk & baseline
Property identity, assessments, roof/building context, hazard outlooks, environmental context and historical events establish the pre-event baseline.
Event & evidence
Warnings, observed weather, wildfire, flood, earthquake, fire incidents and other source-labelled events establish event context—not automatic causation.
Claim-stage context
Public/authorized claim and policy context, stage timelines, estimates, supplements, disputes and regulatory recovery belong here when the source and rights permit it.
Assistance & recovery
Disaster declarations, individual/public assistance, mitigation and recovery programs connect the loss event to recovery infrastructure.
Work & closeout
Permits, contractor licensing, inspections and occupancy/closeout can show repair activity when an authoritative source is available and legally usable.
Ongoing property state
Assessment, sales/deeds/liens and financial-distress context are separate evidence families with their own privacy and use constraints.
Machine-readable delivery
