169.6M identities is not the same metric as 83.9M boundaries.
For search engines, investors and customers, BridgePoint is publishing the counts separately so scale is understandable without blurring identity records, parcel geometry and links.
Search results often flatten property-data scale into a single “parcel count.” BridgePoint intentionally does not. One property identity may exist before boundary geometry is materialized; a boundary can exist before a high-confidence property link is complete; multi-unit and vertical property identities can further complicate simple one-row-equals-one-parcel assumptions.
Current reconciliation checkpoint
The parcel-boundary scoreboard reported 55 of 56 required jurisdictions as fresh and approved. In the tracked final cursor, Florida had 55,278 OID records remaining, while New York and Puerto Rico showed zero remaining. Strict boundary readiness was still false, so BridgePoint is not representing the boundary layer as fully complete.
