169,634,995 canonical U.S. property identities.
BridgePoint Intelligence’s current national identity layer has crossed 169.6 million canonical property records. The important detail: canonical property identity, parcel-boundary geometry, addresses and property-to-boundary links are separate measures—not interchangeable marketing numbers.
What a canonical property identity is
A canonical identity is BridgePoint’s attempt to represent one real property entity consistently across fragmented public records, addresses, parcel identifiers and spatial sources. That identity layer is what lets other datasets—buildings, roads, terrain, weather, hazards, claims evidence and future 3D layers—attach to a stable property reference instead of relying on raw source rows alone.
Why this matters for nationwide parcel intelligence
Large property systems fail when “record count” is treated as the same thing as unique property count. Duplicate source rows, changing parcel identifiers, multi-unit properties, jurisdiction-specific schemas and geometry gaps all create false scale. BridgePoint tracks identity, address, geometry and links separately so users can see which layer is actually available.
Current reconciliation status
At the September 15 checkpoint, 55 of 56 required U.S. jurisdictions were marked fresh and approved in the current parcel-boundary scoreboard. Florida still had 55,278 OID records remaining in the tracked reconciliation lane, while New York and Puerto Rico showed zero remaining in that specific cursor. Those operational counters are not the same as a claim of complete nationwide boundary readiness.
