Claims professionals should not have to abandon the systems they already use just to benefit from a new intelligence layer. BridgePoint is therefore being structured around a vendor-neutral claim and property record that can move into existing workflows.
The current BridgePoint export contract can package verified property identity, evidence references, claim-timeline events and derived stage durations into clean JSON or CSV. That is usable today as a portable interchange format.
Native write-back into Verisk Xactimate or XactAnalysis is a different standard. BridgePoint does not label that integration live until the required partner or customer activation exists and production behavior is verified. The same rule applies to Cotality Claims Workspace and Symbility-lineage workflows.
This distinction matters because interoperability is part of product trust. A credible integration strategy should make data portable immediately, state precisely which native connectors require authorization and preserve enough structure that an approved adapter can be added without rebuilding the underlying intelligence model.
