BridgePoint Intelligence is a property and claims intelligence platform founded by Kole Johnson. It is designed for contractors, restoration firms, public and insurance adjusters, property operators, real-estate organizations, insurers, lenders and other teams that need property-level evidence to move into an operational workflow.
The platform begins with property identity: parcels, addresses, source records and spatial data have to resolve to the correct property before downstream intelligence is useful. BridgePoint preserves dates and provenance so users can see which records contributed to a signal or prioritization instead of relying on an unexplained score.
BridgePoint also separates documented evidence from conclusions. Weather exposure is context, not automatic proof of damage. A verified opportunity means BridgePoint's evidence and quality gates were met; it does not mean a physical loss, insurance coverage, customer intent or guaranteed outcome has been confirmed.
For claims-facing organizations, BridgePoint is building a verified claim-timeline layer around milestones such as first notice of loss, inspection, estimates, supplements, carrier responses, disputes, appraisal, settlement and payment. The goal is to make stage duration measurable while keeping individual claim data protected and to let intelligence travel into existing workflows through vendor-neutral exports and future authorized ecosystem connectors.
Connecticut is BridgePoint's deepest customer-ready geography. Additional U.S. states are moving through explicit data, matching, intelligence and refresh-readiness gates rather than being labeled complete before the underlying work is proven.
