Property intelligence for public adjusters: build the claim timeline before the dispute gets old

A practical framework for using property evidence, provenance and verified milestone timing alongside existing estimating and claims systems.

Public adjusters often work inside several disconnected systems at once: estimating software, carrier correspondence, photographs, public property records, permits, weather context and internal claim notes. The problem is not simply getting more data. It is keeping the evidence tied to the right property and preserving what happened, when it happened and where each fact came from.

BridgePoint is being built as a property-intelligence layer that can sit alongside those legacy workflows rather than replace them. The core model resolves property identity, preserves provenance, separates documented facts from inferred prioritization and builds a time-ordered property and claim record.

For disputed claims, the timing itself can become valuable data. Verified milestones such as first notice of loss, inspection, estimate, supplement, carrier response, dispute opening, appraisal, settlement and payment can be used to measure real-world stage duration. Those measurements should be aggregated only after verification and with enough observations to avoid exposing individual claims.

That creates a different kind of claims intelligence: not a promise that a claim will be paid, but a reproducible view of where a claim is in its lifecycle, how long each stage has taken and which evidence is available for human review.

Use limitation: BridgePoint public research is decision-support. It does not prove property damage, claim coverage, customer intent, a permit, or a guaranteed outcome.
