Commercial restoration claims intelligence: connect property evidence to the claim lifecycle

How restoration operators can combine property context, field evidence and verified claim timing without replacing estimating or claims-core systems.

Commercial restoration teams operate under time pressure and often touch the same loss across estimating, documentation, carrier, project-management and field systems. Another isolated dashboard can add friction unless the intelligence travels with the claim.

BridgePoint's architecture is aimed at resolving the property once, preserving the evidence trail and representing the claim as a sequence of verified milestones. That lets field and claims teams compare what is known about the property with what is happening operationally in the claim.

The useful output is not a generic lead score. It is a portable evidence and timeline package that can support territory prioritization before a loss, preparation during an active file and later measurement of how long the claim moved through inspection, estimating, supplements, disputes and settlement.

Existing estimating ecosystems remain important. BridgePoint's near-term export is vendor-neutral JSON/CSV; native Xactimate and Cotality/Symbility integrations stay explicitly activation-required until formally enabled.

Use limitation: BridgePoint public research is decision-support. It does not prove property damage, claim coverage, customer intent, a permit, or a guaranteed outcome.
